This a quality blend of great tasting coffee. In a press or an automatic drip, it's complex and great tasting either way! Thank you to Lagares Roasters!

Bright, citrusy and deep but not bitter or over roasted. The aroma is unbelievable.

This coffee is sweet healing on your tastebuds

Hector (or Hec as his friends know him) (I'm told) has done a beautiful thing with this perfectly packaged bag of caffeinated fruit seeds. Let me tell you right now, when I got my package in the mail - the smell was nothing short of Heaven's cologne shop. But don't think like the smell of a Hollister, think more like one of those classy establishments.

Anyways the smell isn't what you get coffee for, its the taste right? Well prepare to be the opposite of disappointed as you pop these beans in your French press, chem-ex, or whatever the millennial are into nowadays. Personally I used a fair trade GMO free French press but that's just me. Once those agonizing four minutes were complete, I poured myself a nice brew into my mug of choice (because Styrofoam cups are inferior) and let me tell you right now I was greeted with a bold and complex flavor. You've got the fruitiness of the description, but you've also got some great bold flavors that are even further expressed through the French press. Truly a bag for the ages. 5/5 would drink again
